Great News! If you suffer from golf-induced back pain then you can do something about it. You just need an intervention. Investigate these THREE resources for golf instruction drills, medical and/or fitness interventions to keep back pain at bay for pain free rounds on consecutive days.
FIRST: Dr. Greg Rose, co-founder of TPI just released Part 1 of a great article on Back Pain. If you play golf, it’s a must read article about the types, causes, prevention and management of back pain. You’ll want to read this article, print it and save it for reference. Dr. Rose explains the body/swing connection and how much of a role your swing style and fitness play in staying pain free.
