Well, I’ve been doing it daily since 2003 and I want to share it with you. It’s a habit now and it works. My early a.m. clients laugh and call it names… the concoction, sludge, dessert in disguise and on and on. The San Antonio Spurs and countless athletes, including Bryson DeChambeau, and teams are doing it AFTER their competition for recovery. What is IT?
We’ve all been consuming super shakes, which is just blended food!
I find shakes to be an easy, tasty and very portable breakfast. The Spurs, through the nutritional advice of PN’s Brian St. Pierre, use shakes to reduce inflammation, refuel & rebuild after the stress and demands of a playoff game. Shakes (not juicing) deliver ALL your nutrition requirements and taste amazing!
Good nutritious shakes can be green or pink, thick or thin, lumpy or creamy and with or without toppings. As a complete meal, shakes have protein, fibrous-nutrition-packed carbs and healthy fat. But most of all shakes are enjoyable, promote health, give you lots of energy and satisfaction!

Give shake-making a try. It may take a while to get the hang of it….adding too much water is a common problem. But you’ll figure out what you like and even create new options from food on hand and begin to feel the satisfaction and benefits of putting good stuff in your body.
Good luck and let me know if I can help you. Download and keep the Guide and Recipe Booklet! There should be some great fruits and vegetables in season–looking forward to trying new recipes and combinations

Cherie Lee PortingaThis is wonderful. I have found that if you use frozen fruits then you don’t need to use ice cubes.

Pam OwensBingo, Cherie. I freeze my vegetables in chunks, avocado chunks, packages of kale or spinach, etc. It works really well.

MartiHave you found a way to make multiple servings and save for use over several days?

Pam OwensHi Marti, it doesn’t really work to save for later. I just make them fresh each day.
