TPI GOLF WORKOUTS – To really improve your golf fitness, you need phased workouts that progress over time. To lower your handicap, you’ll need body control, sequencing, mobility, strength and speed. As you progress through these phases over the months (3 – 4 months), you’ll build overall strength, separation/sequencing, glute strength and pelvic stability, shoulder mobility and control, core stability and power from the 4 sources of power for the golf swing.
After assessing and training 1000+ golfers since 2007, I developed this program because it works! These workouts are printable and include videos and explanations.
To sign up: 1. Purchase the TPI Golf Fitness Assessment Golf Performance Package for Phase 1.
2) We’ll meet online via FaceTime where we’ll discuss your goals and conduct the assessment.
3) I’ll design your phase 1 workout plan which will be in your own password protected site with videos and written information.
4) We’ll meet for our second session where I will teach you/train you using your Phase 1 exercises.
5) You will now be equipped to do your workouts on your own or opt to set up more online private training sessions with me or join any of my other workout programs as needed to continue making progress.
