Video Link + 30-Minute Online Coaching Session + Listing of each movement. To maintain your joints you should move them in full range of motion daily. My daily mobility routine is complete and gives you more balance, body control, strength and bulletproofs your joints from injury. At the very least, do the daily mobility routine!
