*Taking first 15 golfers who sign up. Program runs May – August and is completely online with me as your coach for your phased workouts, accountability, and support. Program is perfect for travel. You must be ready, willing and able to do the work. (This program geared mostly for low handicappers and not for everyone.)

*12 Month online program with progressive phases. Options for various goals, weight loss, muscle gain, intermediate or advanced body recomposition, as well as programs to work around chronic or acute upper or lower body or back injuries. Daily options for travel, at home, gym-based versions of your workouts.
12 Month Online Programs include 3 strength workouts, cardio and active recovery workouts per week for 8 or more progressive phases.
