I know I TALK too much about exercise and nutrition but I actually believe in DOING more than talking.
Here are photos (below) of Roger Sloan doing what it takes to reach his golf goals. We train daily when he is not on the road doing lots of KINSTRETCH mobility, strength & power. When he is on the road he follows the program getting better and better and staying healthy. The good thing about putting fitness first is he can then focus on his “work” which is golf and winning. Roger checks off the body and nutrition steps so he can play better because golf is his business.
